- Our Hawaiian catering menus feature authentic dishes including slow-roasted Kalua Pig, Lomi Salmon, Poi, Haupia (coconut pudding), Teriyaki Chicken, Macaroni Salad, Poke Bowls, and Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. We offer three catering tiers starting at $18/person, with a minimum of 25 guests. We cater luau parties, corporate events, weddings, and private gatherings throughout Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

Shows are available in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Orlando.
